Where we started
CleanFlow Pros started with a simple frustration: too many Northern Virginia homeowners were paying for a duct or dryer-vent cleaning, getting handed a list of problems, and then being told to 'call someone else' to actually fix them. Lead technician Alex M. had spent years in the field watching that hand-off leave people stuck — clean vents that still didn't work.
The turning point
So we built the crew we wished existed: one team that owns the entire lifecycle of a vent. Clean it, yes — but also repair the disconnected joints, re-route the runs that were doomed from the day they were installed, and swap the tired bath fans. No referral roulette, no finger-pointing between contractors.
Where we are now
Today CleanFlow Pros works across Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, and Falls Church. We're deliberately local — we live in these neighborhoods, we know the housing stock, and we'd rather be the crew a family calls for fifteen years than the cheapest name on a coupon.
